Bestow is a platform that lets you plan and gift travel experiences to other people. You can build a trip itinerary — destinations, dates, a budget, a personal message — and send an invite link to your recipient. They can log in to view and select their travel preferences, and you can see their choices on your dashboard.
Bestow helps you organize and communicate gift trips. We are not a travel agency, a booking service, or a party to any travel transactions. Any flights, hotels, or activities shown are surfaced through third-party search APIs for planning purposes — Bestow does not book, confirm, or guarantee any of them.
To build and save trips, you need an account. You can create one with an email and password, or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Bestow. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. If your email address changes, please update it so we can reach you.
You agree not to use Bestow to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the content you create on Bestow — your trip names, destinations, personal messages, and so on. By using Bestow, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content for the purpose of providing the service (for example, showing your recipient their invite, or showing you your trips on your dashboard). We don't use your trip content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
You're responsible for the personal messages and recipient email addresses you add to trips. Don't add someone's email to a trip without their permission.
Flight prices, hotel availability, and activity listings shown in Bestow are pulled from third-party APIs in real time and are subject to change. Prices shown are estimates for planning purposes — they are not guaranteed rates and may differ from what's available at the time of actual booking. Bestow makes no warranty that any specific flight, hotel, or activity will be available or at the price shown.
Trip cost estimates generated by our AI feature are approximations only, based on the destinations and settings you provide. They are not quotes and should not be treated as final costs.
Bestow uses third-party services for flight search (Duffel), hotel search (LiteAPI), activity search (Viator), authentication (Google), email delivery (Resend), and infrastructure (Cloudflare). Your use of those services when accessed through Bestow is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, or changes to their data.
BESTOW IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC FLIGHT, HOTEL, OR ACTIVITY INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR AVAILABLE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BESTOW AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — INCLUDING LOSSES ARISING FROM INACCURATE TRAVEL INFORMATION, BOOKING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON BESTOW'S ESTIMATES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS — EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF BESTOW WILL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Bestow and its operators from any claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
You can stop using Bestow at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, email [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we'll give you reasonable notice before doing so.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of Bestow after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If you disagree with a change, you can stop using Bestow and request account deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bestow is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
